The "Soupe Champenoise", or Champagne Soup, is a refreshing drink, quick and easy to prepare.

- 1 bottle of Champagne
- 1 ladle of lime juice
- 1 ladle of cane sugar syrup
- 1 ladle of triple dry Cointreau or Grand Marnier
Preparation
Instructions:
Put all the ingredients in the fridge the day before - Prepare at the very last moment
- In a large container, gently mix the ingredients
- Add the bottle of Champagne
- Serve it with the ladle in long glasses
